In 2017, CSF is co-located with CRYPTO at UCSB. The CRYPTO conference runs Monday Aug 21 to noon on Thursday August 24, and CSF runs Tuesday August 22 to noon on Friday August 25.
Although CSF and Crypto will be held in close-by lecture halls and will have joint coffee-breaks and one joint invited speaker, registration for the two conferences is separate as well as the social programs.
Conference Rooms: CSF will be held in the MCC Theater (by the lagoon) and the workshops in the University Center. (map1, map2).
Registration for CSF & Workshops will be held in the University Center Corwin Pavilion starting on Monday.
Joint cofee-breaks with Crypto will be just outside the MCC Theater at the Lagoon Plaza.
Meals: For those staying on-campus, meals will be served at the De La Guerra Dining Commons according to their housing package. Those staying off-campus can purchase a ticket at the registration desk or at the door of the dining commons.
CSF will have 2 social events. Tuesday's reception will be hosted at the Ocean Lawn between Santa Cruz and Anacapa residence halls, and Thursday's BBQ will be served at the Goleta Beach.
